What we collect
When you submit a quotation request we collect: your name, email, and optionally company name, phone number, product and quantity details, specifications, material or finishing requirements, delivery location, required date and notes. We also store a one-way hash of your IP address to prevent spam; we do not store the IP address itself.
Why we use it
Solely to respond to your enquiry, prepare a quotation and manage any resulting order. We do not use it for marketing and do not sell it.
Who processes it
Enquiries are stored on our secure cloud hosting and database provider. Only authorised Bakelight staff can access them.
How long we keep it
Retention period to be confirmed by management.
Your choices
You may ask us to access, correct or delete your information by emailing info@bakelight.co.zw.
